ITAC TABLE-TOP STRATEGY & TACTICS

This two and a half to three day multi-media workshop, designed for fire service officers responsible for emergency incident management is delivered using slides, video, live fire, and a tabletop simulator. Students work in small and large groups to examine case studies and solve tabletop simulated incidents that range from simple house fires to large multiple story commercial and industrial occupancies.

A multi-media workshop, designed for fire service officers responsible for emergency incident management at structural and hazardous materials incidents. The materials are delivered using slides, video, and a tabletop simulator.

MARITIME STRATEGY & TACTICS

This course will provide experienced fire officers with knowledge allowing them to command a ship fire incident involving a large vessel tied to a pier/dock.

Case reviews of actual ship fire incidents and multiple ship fire scenarios for class participants can be added to this training if so desired by the hosting agency.

PASSPORT ACCOUNTABILITY - TRAIN THE TRAINER

This train the trainer multi-media workshop is designed to prepare fire service instructors to deliver the lesson plan for the “Passport Accountability System” to fire service officers responsible for emergency incident management. This course complies with NFPA 470 Chapter 4, Competencies for Hazardous Materials/WMD Awareness Level Personnel and Chapter 5, Professional Qualifications for Hazardous Materials Awareness Level Personnel, in addition to 29 CFR 1910.120 (q)(6)(i) First Responder Awareness Level.

The basic 24-hour course complies with 29 CFR 1910.120 (q)(6)(ii). With the addition of the 8-hour hands on skills module, it complies with NFPA 470 Chapter 6, Competencies for Hazardous Materials/WMD Operations Level Responders and Chapter 7, Professional Qualifications for Hazardous Materials Operations Level Responders in addition to 29 CFR 1910.120 (q)(6)(ii).
